Originally incorporated in 1975, Westland Agencies Inc. has grown from a small 3 person operation to a staff of 15 people in our two locations in the Battlefords. The
main office is located at 1541-100th Street and a branch office in the Co-op mall at
9800 Territorial Drive. There are 11 licensed Realtors®, a certified residential appraiser and the necessary support staff to assist our clients in the buying and selling of real estate. Our experienced real estate staff boasts in excess of two hundred years of experience. Our Realtors® are actively involved in the board operation with a combined 11 terms as president and numerous committee chairmanships. As well the Realtors® and staff are very involved in community affairs.

Westland Agencies growth over the years can be attributed to the acquisition of the Realty World, Century 21 offices, and their association with Royal LePage Real Estate. This combination provided Westland Agencies with superb marketing strategies. Westland Agencies Inc. performs employee relocation services for Prudential Relocation Services, Royal LePage Relocation Services, and Weichert Relocation Services.

Westland Agencies now has a fully licensed registered appraiser on staff enabling our firm to provide professional residential appraisals for all the lending institutions in the area as well as the general public.
